halfpointclub.com and the Half Point Club newsletter are published under the trade name “Half Point Club”. The writer uses the pen name H.P. Marsh.

You must be 21 or older (18+ only where the law permits) to use this site and newsletter. Our age prompt is a self-declaration; we do not verify age. You are responsible for knowing whether sports betting is legal where you are.

3. No advice, no guarantee

All content is for entertainment and informational purposes only and is not betting, financial or legal advice. No outcome is guaranteed. Past results do not predict future results. You are solely responsible for any bets you place.

4. Newsletter provider

The newsletter is delivered through beehiiv. beehiiv’s own terms and privacy policy also apply when you subscribe.

5. Paid memberships

We do not currently offer paid memberships. If that changes, these terms will be updated first.

6. No affiliate links

This site contains no affiliate links or sportsbook promotions.

7. Content and acceptable use

Half Point Club is an independent publication written by H.P. Marsh (a pen name) and operated by its owner, a sole proprietor based in Maryland (“we,” “us”). These terms, and any dispute about the site or newsletter, are governed by Maryland law and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought only in the state courts in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, or the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, and you and we consent to those courts’ jurisdiction. This section does not limit any consumer rights that cannot be waived where you live.
